I had a mix of experiences at this hotel. The location in the mountains is absolutely beautiful, especially during winter with snow-covered views. However, the service left much to be desired, and there were unprofessional handling of billing issues. The room was clean but not particularly spacious or well-designed. Overall, it was a nice getaway but marred by some frustrating moments.
